PURPOSE: A trocar assembly is provided to include a middle adapter connecting a sleeve and a main body, thereby enabling a surgical instrument to be inserted smoothly. CONSTITUTION: A trocar assembly comprises a sleeve (110) inserted into a human body; a main body (130) connected to the top end of the sleeve so that a laparoscopic surgery instrument is inserted into the main body and passes through the sleeve; and a middle adapter (170) interposed between the sleeve and the main body and connecting the sleeve and the main body. |
