The present invention, which relates to the field communication field, discloses a method and a device for reducing noise in voice of a mobile terminal capable of improving noise reduction effects. The method comprises the steps of selecting a current communication microphone and a current noise reduction microphone from a microphone embedded in a voice headphone and a mobile terminal; acquiring an audio signal received by the current communication microphone and an audio signal received by the current noise reduction microphone; acquiring a noise reduction signal through the noise reduction according to the audio signal received by the current communication microphone and the audio signal received by the current noise microphone; and generating an audio outputting signal by performing voice coding according to the noise reduction signal.
