PURPOSE: A developer and image forming device adopting the same are provided to conveniently accept a disposed toner which is removed from a photoconductor to an accepting unit for a disposed toner inside a developer. CONSTITUTION: A developer(100) is attached in a body of a picture formation device. A housing(90) includes a disposed toner receptacle in which the disposed toner removed from photoconductor. An absorb unit is absorbed to lower part in the central unit of a length direction of a photoconductor of an upper wall of a disposed accepting unit.
