PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding of thick wire by reducing frictional resistance in the lead-wire route, and stabilize quality of the winding by reducing change of the tension. SOLUTION: A lead-wire guide reel 36, which is reciprocally operated synchronizing with the reciprocal operation of a lead-wire guide cylinder 4 in the axial direction, is disposed at the lead-wire entrance 4a, formed at the lower end of the lead-wire guide cylinder 4; and a lead wire 7, which is fed from the approximately horizontal direction, is led to the side of the lead-wire entrance 4a by turning the lead-wire route at a right angle via the lead-wire guide reel 36. Frictional resistance to the lead wire 7 is reduced by disposing the lead-wire guide reel 36 at the turning part of the lead-wire route, and approximately constant tension can always be applied to the lead wire 7.
