The present invention relates to an intercepting chamber capable of resolving clogging caused by pumping and has its purpose to resolve clogging of a sewage treatment piping system without carrying any additional tools by including components capable of resolving the clogging of an inlet pipe of an intercepting chamber. The intercepting chamber capable of resolving clogging caused by pumping comprises: an intercepting chamber body (10) having a barrel structure connected through the opened upper part thereof to inlet and outlet pipes; an outer cover (20) which opens and closes the intercepting chamber body (10) by being combined detachably with the upper part of the intercepting chamber body (10); and a pumping unit (30) resolving the clogging of the inlet pipe connected to the intercepting chamber body (10). The pumping unit includes: a sealing ball (31) sealing the outlet pipe by being detachably inserted in and combined with the outlet pipe connected to the intercepting chamber body (10); a bellows expansion joint (32) with opened upper and lower parts which has the lower end tightly fixated on the inner circumferential surface of the intercepting chamber body (10); and an inner cover (33) which is formed on the upper part of the bellows expansion joint (32) for opening and closing the inside of the bellows expansion joint (32) and provided with a handle. The bellows expansion joint is expanded and contracted for resolving the clogging of the inlet pipe connected to the intercepting chamber body while the outlet pipe is blocked by the sealing ball.
