PURPOSE: An optical semiconductor based illuminating apparatus is provided to improve waterproof property and durability and prevent current leak and an electric shock accident by using a cover for coating the upper part of a light emitting module combined with a housing. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting module includes at least one semiconductor optical device. A housing(200) surrounds at least one surface of the light emitting module. The housing includes a fixing plate(230) for holding both edges of the light emitting module. The light emitting module is arranged between the fixing plates with column and row. A cover(240) coats the upper part of the light emitting module. |
