<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication quality measuring system and method capable of easily measuring the communication quality of one way of each link in a communication network. <P>SOLUTION: A measuring part 15, 16 and 20 measures quality index values of communication quality in a plurality of paths including links of the communication network. A one way link calculating part 17 selects the minimum value among a plurality of quality index values measured by the measuring part 15, 16 and 20, distributes the quality index value of a path in which the minimum value is measured to links included in the path according to a prescribed calculation condition to calculate quality index values of the links. In addition, the one way link calculating part 17 uses the calculated quality index values of the links included in the path with the minimum value measured to calculate communication index values of other links included in the communication network. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
