The invention relates to a mobile sweeping machine (10, 107, 115) having a sweepings container (40, 117) which can be subjected to a partial vacuum by a suction unit (44) and which has a flow connection to a sweepings-holding device (24), and having a dust-precipitation device (48) which is arranged in the flow path between the sweepings container (40, 117) and the suction unit (44), and having at least one side brush (52) which can rotate about a rotational axis (54) and projects laterally beyond the outer contour of the sweeping machine (10, 107, 115), wherein at least one side brush (52) is assigned a dust-conducting duct (64) which comprises a first and a second duct side wall (72, 74) and a duct cover wall (76), and has a flow connection to the dust-precipitation device (48). In order to develop the sweeping machine (10, 107, 115) in such a way that the dust which is thrown up by the side brush (52) can be captured with relatively low use of energy, the invention proposes that the first duct side wall (72) extend into the region between the rotational axis (54) of the at least one assigned side brush (52) and the second duct side wall (74). |
