A safe street light capable of separating a lamp unit and rotating an arm is provided to rotate the arm by using a winding unit and a rotary unit. A lamp unit(60) includes a bulb installed at a street light and is fixed by using a flat plate type connective wire. A winding unit(20) moves downwardly or upwardly the lamp unit by releasing or winding the flat plate type connective wire. A street light pole(10) is vertically installed to the ground. A rotary unit(30) is installed at an upper part of the street light pole in order to rotate an arm unit(40) parallel to the ground. The winding unit includes a polygonal insertion hole formed at one end of a first worm gear part for performing a rotating operation, and a winding part having a through-hole. |
