<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce damage on a magnetic core by weakening the springback force of a conductive band, in a thin inductance element where a coil body and a terminal are embedded in a magnetic core of a green compact.SOLUTION: A coil body 10 is embedded in a magnetic core 20 of a green compact that is an aggregation of magnetic powder. A metal band forming the coil body 10 has a rectangular cross section. After the magnetic core 20 is pressure molded, a springback force acts on terminals 15, 18 in a direction separating from the coil body 10, but since the thickness direction of the metal band is directed toward the springback direction parallel with the center line O of winding, the springback force can be weakened, and damage on the magnetic core 20 can be suppressed.</p> |
