The device (100) has one actuating device that is provided with handle portion, and operatively connected to locking element, so that element is moved into and out of housing (110), when handle portion is moved along predetermined movement path. Another actuating device is received in housing provided with transmission device actuated and turned by turning portion. The turning portion is accessed from outside of housing, and operatively connected to element, so that element is moved out of housing, when turning portion is turned in locking direction.
