PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body front structure capable of obtaining an excellent load-stroke characteristic during a collision of a colliding body while obtaining excellent appearance inside a fender. SOLUTION: A fender protector 50 can be inserted in an insertion part 64 of a vehicle body-side constituting body 60 from an insertion port 64A when a load from the upper side of a vehicle of a colliding body 70 is applied to the upper end 22A of a front fender panel 20. When the colliding body 70 is collided, even if the front fender panel 20 and a shock absorbing bracket 34 are deformed, the fender protector 50 is inserted in the insertion part 64, and a reaction force on the front fender panel 20 side from the fender protector 50 is hardly generated.
