RNA APTAMER THAT SELECTIVELY BINDS TO EXTRACELLULAR DOMAIN OF PAP

The present invention relates to a RNA aptamer which is selectively bound to extracellular domain of PAP having high correlation with morphological characteristics of prostate cancer, to a composition for diagnosing cancers which includes the RNA aptamer, to a kit for diagnosing cancers which includes the composition, a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancers which includes the RNA aptamer, and to a method for screening DNA pieces which are interacted with the extracellular domain of PAP using the RNA aptamer. The RNA aptamer of the present invention can be strongly bound to the extracellular domain of PAP which is specific to prostate cancer so that the RNA aptamer can be widely utilized for diagnosing or treating the prostate cancer.
