An ion guiding device and an ion guiding method. The ion guiding device comprises: multiple annular components which are distributed side by side along a same central axis, wherein each annular component is formed by multiple independent segment electrodes (1, 2, 3, 4); a power supply device which provides radio-frequency voltages with different phases to the adjacent segment electrodes (1, 2, 3, 4) along the central axis, and provides a direct current level to the segment electrodes (1, 2, 3, 4) of each annular component, wherein, distribution of the direct current level makes ions deflect in a radial direction toward the ion guiding device when the ions move along the central axis. The ion guiding device and method may implement ion transmission and focusing under a certain vacuum degree, and in particular may implement deflected transmission of the ions to reduce a neutral component noise. |
