摘要 A positron emission tomography detector for a multi-layer scintillation crystal (1) comprises a multi-layer scintillation crystal (1), a photoelectric detector system (2), and an algorithm system (3). The multi-layer scintillation crystal (1) comprises n layers of array scintillation crystals and m layers of continuous scintillation crystals. Both n and m are integers greater than or equal to 1, and a sum of n and m is smaller than or equal to 10. The array scintillation crystal is formed by arranging strip-shaped scintillation crystals along the width and length directions thereof, and the continuous scintillation crystal is a scintillation crystal having uncut interior. The array scintillation crystals and the continuous scintillation crystals are sequentially coupled along the height direction of the strip-type scintillation crystals to form the multi-layer scintillation crystal (1), and the bottoms of the continuous scintillation crystals are coupled to the photoelectric detector system (2). Therefore, the positron emission tomography detector can obtain the position and the time of energy deposition of Y photon in the scintillation crystals more accurately, and has higher detection efficiency for Y photons. In addition, when the positron emission tomography detector is applied to a positron emission tomography system, the spatial resolution, time resolution, and the sensitivity of the system are improved, thereby improving the imaging quality of the system.
