FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: venous blood is sampled from persons being tested, and lymphocytes are recovered. A lymphocyte rosette formation level is determined in a thick-blood film of the lymphocytic suspension. If observing 5÷7% lymphocyte rosettes per 100% lymphoid cells, CD23+ and CD71+ hyperactivity is detected; observing 8÷10% lymphocyte rosettes shows CD23+, CD71+ and HLADR+ hyperactivity; observing more than 10% lymphocyte rosettes provides CD25+, CD23+, CD71+ and HLADR+ hyperactivity. Detecting the T-lymphocyte hyperactivity level is necessary for diagnosing autoimmune disease, delayed-type hypersensitivity test, tumour processes, rejection reaction, and postoperative complications.EFFECT: simplifying the method and reducing cost for implementing the method.3 ex, 2 dwg |
