PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D/A converter that uses for a second reference signal Vref_L a negative supply voltage generated by a charge pump circuit.SOLUTION: The D/A converter includes: a sampling circuit 160 having a digital section for inputting a digital signal, a sample-and-hold section 150b for sampling an input signal based on the input digital signal, and holding and transferring a sampled signal, and a continuous section 150a for outputting the transferred signal as an analog signal; and a clock signal supply section 159 for supplying the continuous section with a first clock signal &phgr;2 with no jitter added, and supplying the sample-and-hold section with a second clock signal &phgr;1' with jitter added. A negative supply voltage VEE generated by the charge pump circuit is applied to the second reference signal Vref_L of the sample-and-hold section. |
