PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the notification content of a measurement result of body weight by a weight scale be appropriately changed according to situations around the weight scale when a user is notified of the measurement result by voice.SOLUTION: A weight scale transmits a measurement value obtained by measuring body weight to a server via a network. A human detection terminal detects persons in the vicinity of the weight scale to transmit human detection information to the server via the network. The server determines existence situations of persons except a person to be measured in the vicinity of the weight scale based on the received human detection information. Then, the server generates measurement result notification voice of the content according to the determined existence situations of the persons, and transmits the generated measurement result notification voice via the network so as to output it as the voice by a voice output part.
