摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel link type isolator for multi-degree-of-freedom vibration in which rigidity and vibration transmitting characteristics of a specific axis can be adjusted independently of other axes.SOLUTION: A parallel link type isolator 6 for multi-degree-of-freedom vibration includes: a support 2; a body 3 to be supported; a plurality of vibration isolation links 1a to 1f which each have vibration isolation functions with respect to relative displacement in an elongation and shrinkage direction and which are each connected to the support 2 at one side connection points 4a to 4f of the links 1a to 1f and which are each connected to the body 3 to be supported at the other side connection points 5a to 5f of the links 1a to 1f in such a manner that the connection points have five or more rotation degree of freedom in total; and a vibration isolation auxiliary link 7 which is connected to the support 2 at one side connection point 8 of the link 7 and connected to the body 3 to be supported at the other side connection point 9 in such a way that the connection points 8 and 9 have five or more rotation degree of freedom in total, wherein the elongation and shrinkage direction of the vibration isolation auxiliary link 7 is arranged on a straight line formed by connecting a mass center Oof the support 2 and a mass center Oof the body to be supported and the vibration isolation auxiliary link 7 is provided with a vibration isolation function with respect to the relative displacement.
