PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement capable of easily returning lymph fluid even by oneself because lymphatic massage cannot obtain sufficient effect unless getting someone's help and because an air pressure massager has a fault such that it is hard to receive massage unless going to a hospital.SOLUTION: A lymph fluid returning implement uses a ring-shaped rubber having a diameter nearly equal to a wrist or an ankle. The ring-shaped rubber is fitted on the ankle or the like, and is sequentially slowly moved to a central part of a body by a hand. By using a plurality of ring rubbers, more lymph fluid can be returned. Work for slowly rolling the lymph fluid returning implement from the ankle to move the lymph returning implement to the central part of the body is repeatedly performed several times. Such work is also performed to a thigh and an upper limb. |
