PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary heat exchanging device maintaining good thermal efficiency while reducing its internal pressure.SOLUTION: In a heat exchanging device, a drain outlet 27 is formed close to one side of a bottom part 26 of a box-shaped casing 24, and in the bottom part 26, an inlet 28 for a combustion gas is formed on the opposite side to the drain outlet 27. An outlet 23 for the combustion gas is provided in an upper center of the casing 24, and inside the casing 24, a secondary heat exchanger 21 in which a plurality of heat absorbing pipes 22 are densely extended is housed between a going header 30 and a returning header 31 each disposed vertically. The heat exchanging device is provided with a partition plate 32 dividing the inside of the casing 24 including the heat absorbing pipes 22 at the substantially center in a height direction and having a communication port 33 formed on the opposite side to the inlet 28. An auxiliary partition plate 34, by which the combustion gas is divided into that directed to the outlet 23 directly from the communication port 33 and that directed to the outlet 23 via a lower part of the outlet 23, is provided in a part above the partition plate 32 and below the outlet 23. |
