Provided are: a metal foil provided with an electrically resistive film comprising nickel, chromium, silicon and oxygen; the metal foil provided with an electrically resistive film having an oxygen concentration of 20 to 60 at %; the metal foil provided with an electrically resistive film having chromium (Cr) and silicon (Si) concentrations (at %) satisfying that Cr/(Cr+Si)×100 [%] is 73 to 79%; and the metal foil provided with an electrically resistive film having a nickel (Ni) concentration of 2 to 10 at %. |
