PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes an elongated light guide member 2, LEDs 12 oppositely arranged on end faces of the light guide member 2 in the longitudinal direction, and a holding case for storing the light guide member 2. one end of the light guide member 2 is set up to be a reflection section 4 in a lateral direction, and the other end is set up to be a light guide section 6. One end face of the light guide section 6 opposite to the reflection section 4 becomes an extremely wide light emitting surface 8, and a neck section from both sides is formed on a border portion to the reflection section 4. The holding case is formed with projected engagement sections with which the neck section engages, on inner faces on both sides of a storage space. |
