<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus which can form a coating film with uniform thickness on a flank of a plate material. <P>SOLUTION: The plate material 1 made of ALC (autoclave lightweight concrete) or the like, for instance, is mounted on a transportation roller 3 and is transported in a horizontal direction shown by an arrow associated with rotation of the transportation roller 3. The plate material 1 has a top surface, a back surface and a flank and the back surface comes into contact with the transportation roller 3. The coating apparatus coats the flank of the plate material 1 and comprises: a pressing roller 40; a fixed roller 80; a movable roller 70; an energizing means of the movable roller 70; a coating belt 60 stretched onto the pressing roller 40, the fixed roller 80 and the movable roller 70; a coating material feeding roller 10 which transfers the coating material onto the coating belt; a pressing device 23; a coating material feeding hose 22; a coating material forcibly feeding pump 30; a coating material storage tank 31; and the like. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
