Disclosed in the present invention is a weather environment satellite image processing device which provides functions common for a plurality of ground stations. Each of a plurality of ground stations which perform own functions can be provided with functions for inquiry and registration of each ground station, configuration and monitoring of ground stations, storage and management of satellite data, and user authentication through the weather environment satellite image processing device in an integrated manner. A weather environment satellite image processing system and a weather environment satellite image processing method provide an independent platform of providing an integrated interface, data format, and management system for a plurality of ground stations which perform individual functions, thereby securing scalability and interoperability in satellite image processing.
