PROCESS FOR PRODUCING RECLAIMED RUBBER FROM WASTE OF COMPOUNDED RUBBER BASED ON FLUOROELASTOMERS

The invention relates to manufacturing industrial rubber articles. A process for producing reclaimed rubber from waste of compounded rubber based on fluoroelastomers wherein industrial waste is preliminarily heated at conventional pressure equipment at 14-160 °C for 15-20 min., then rolled at roll nip 0.4-0.5 mm up to formation of “skin” (plasticate). Finely milled siloxane rubber waste is added to the prepared plasticate in amount of from 5 to 10 parts by weight per 100 parts of plasticate. The process is characterized by enhanced quality numbers of modified reclaimed rubber and allows to solve a problem of recovering waste of compunded rubber based on fluoro- and silicone rubbers without additional costs, and produced rubbers with modified reclaimed rubber have high elastic and strength properties.
