The present invention relates to a reusable coupling and fixing device which is coupled and fixed to one end portion of a fixing member and which includes a bolt unit; a nut unit coupled to the bolt unit; and a first removal unit which is formed on the rear circumference of the inner circumference of the nut unit and which removes foreign materials attached on a screw portion of the bolt unit when the nut unit is changed from the coupled state to the released state. Therefore, the present invention provides an effect capable of reusing the bolt unit without a separate foreign material removing task by removing attached on a male screw portion of the bolt unit when the nut unit is changed from the coupled state to the released state by forming the removal unit on the rear circumference of the inner circumference of the nut unit coupled to the bolt unit. |
