The present invention relates to a cap for a pipette type container, which prevents a fluid from flowing backwards and, more specifically, a cap for a pipette type container capable of preventing chemical reaction caused by contact of rubber materials and the fluid by improving a structure to suck a fluid accommodated in the container into a pipette when the fluid is extracted in a pipette method and preventing the fluid from flowing into a rubber head when a user uses the a pipette type container.
