<p>The invention relates to a process for fabricating, on a conductive plastic substrate, a 2D crystalline film based on optionally-doped zinc oxide (ZnO), which process is characterized as follows: the 2D film is produced by electrodeposition; the electrodeposition is carried out at a temperature of between 55oC and 65oC; and the electrodeposition is carried out in the presence of oxygen, using a solution comprising: a source of zinc in a concentration of between 2.5 mM and 7 mM; and a supporting electrolyte in a concentration of between 0.06 M and 0.4 M.</p> |
