FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to air transport systems. Proposed device 30 comprises structure 31 and revolting element 34 furnished with at least one blade 38 to run about rotary axis relative to said structure. This device incorporates revolving element drive means including gas generator 33 and gas ducts to force gas to openings 37 at the distance from the axis to drive said revolving elements by gas ejection from said openings. Outlet of generator and gas ducts make a part of revolving element to revolve about rotary axis relative to said structure. Gas generator is arranged inside the device while its central axis is concentric about revolving element rotary axis. Engine pylons are shaped.
