A mixed relay transmission method of a superposition coding signal for reducing averaged distortion is disclosed. This method selectively transmits relay signals required for a destination node using a decoding result in the destination node and relay node, and selectively transmits a signal by coding relay signals with DF signals and AF signals which are generated according to the decoding result.
