The present invention relates to a production method of snow crab marinated in soy sauce which comprises the following steps: a soy sauce production step for producing soy sauce; a first aging step for inserting snow crab into the soy sauce for aging; a reheating and cooling step for separating the snow crab after the first aging step, and reheating and cooling the aged soy sauce; a second aging step for inserting the reheated and cooled soy sauce to the first aged snow crab for a second aging; an addition step for adding additional ingredients to a secondly aged product; and a third aging step for aging the obtained product.
