The invention concerns a microwave frequency component (10) comprising a thin layer of dielectric material (1) arranged between an earth electrode (2) and a control electrode (3) controlling a microwave frequency electrical signal such that the earth electrode (2) extends over a first face, called the lower face, of the thin layer of dielectric material (1), and the control electrode extends longitudinally over a second face, called the upper face, of the thin layer of dielectric material (1).
