PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assemblability of a stabilizer device by simplifying the shape of a guide rail.SOLUTION: A stabilizer device 6 includes: a guide rail 7 covering a winding transmission member 4; and a stopper 8 swingably supporting the guide rail 7. The guide rail 7 is supported by the stopper 8 via a support part 12. The stopper 8 is formed by screwing a first shaft member 21 with a second shaft member 22. The first shaft member 21 includes a first regulating part 23 facing the support part 12 of the guide rail 7 from the right side. The second shaft member 22 includes a second regulating part 24 facing the support part 12 of the guide rail 7 from the left side.
