PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance the cooling efficiency with the pressure loss in a cooling mechanism.SOLUTION: In order to achieve the above object, an inverter device is formed so as to include a cooling jacket. The cooling jacket includes: an attachment surface to which a power module including a power semiconductor element is attached; multiple heat radiation fins disposed at a rear surface side entire region of the attachment surface so as to be arranged along a predetermined direction; and a boss part disposed at a center region arranged along the predetermined direction in the rear surface side entire region. |
