<p>A substrate for an array preparing process of a panel display device comprises a switch set (130) and a PSVA mode pad set (140). The switch set (130) has multiple switch elements (131), and the PSVA mode pad set (140) comprises a data scanning pad (141) and a common electrode pad (142). The data scanning pad (141) is electrically connected with multiple scanning lines (1101) and multiple data lines (1102) in an area through the switch elements (131) of the switch set (130), and the common electrode pad (142) is electrically connected with a common electrode wire (1103) in the area through the switch elements (131). Further provided are a producing method of the panel display device and a liquid crystal display panel. In the foregoing manner, the number of PSVA test pads in the PSVA mode pad set (140) can be reduced, and peripheral line can be simplified.</p> |
