The system (1) has heat exchangers (7.1, 7.2) e.g. evaporator and heater, and a housing (5) includes housing parts (5.1, 5.2) that are made of biocide-containing plastic material. The housing parts accommodate the heat exchangers. Regulation elements (9) formed as biocide-containing plastic flaps are arranged between the heat exchangers. The regulation elements regulate an air flow (3) from a blower to air channels (K) according to an opening angle. Seals (11) are arranged between one heat exchanger (7.1) and one housing part (5.1). Other seals (13) are formed at the regulation elements. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing an air conditioning system. |
