A high-tension steel sheet with an alloyed deposit formed by hot-dip galvanization and having satisfactory adhesion is provided in which the alloyed deposit formed by hot-dip galvanization does not peel off the base steel sheet even when the galvanized high-tension steel sheet is subjected to processing accompanied by sliding. Also provided is a process for producing the galvanized high-tension steel sheet. The high-tension steel sheet with an alloyed deposit formed by hot-dip galvanization comprises a base steel sheet and, formed on the surface thereof, an alloyed deposit formed by hot-dip galvanization, wherein the base steel sheet contains Si in an amount of 0.04-2.5%. When the alloyed deposit formed by hot-dip galvanization is removed by dissolution with an acid and a plurality of areas in the exposed surface of the base steel sheet are examined for surface roughness with a laser microscope, then 60% or more of all the examined areas each have an arithmetic mean slope (R?a) of 23.0ºor above and a root mean square slope (R?q) of 29.0º or above.
|
