<p>The core has a stator frame, and a stator for a gearless drive of a tube mill. Stator core pieces (1) are connected with one another in a rotating direction of the tube mill by bolt, pin or rivet connection independent of the stator frame, where the stator core is partially made from magnetizable material i.e. steel. Each stator core piece has a curb-shaped recess and a curb-shaped projection at respective ends. A wire (2) is formed radially at an outer side of the stator core pieces for tensing the stator core pieces, and latches are formed in an area of contact surfaces. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a stator core.</p> |
