The system (1) has an electrical main insulation part (4) enclosing a conductor (2), and an end glowing protector (5) enclosing the main insulation part in a region outside a lamination bundle (3). Bridge circuits (14, 15) are attached to the end glowing protector and the conductor such that the end glowing protector is electric conductively connected to an end region that turns toward the lamination bundle. The bridge circuits comprise an electrical leading ring, which is directly arranged adjacent to the end region around the main insulation part.
