A cathode active material for secondary battery of the present invention contains materials (a) with relatively good rolling characteristics and improved electrode alignment in the rolling process and (b) materials with relatively poor rolling characteristic and a low change in the electrode alignment in the rolling process to improve rolling characteristics and reduce a change in the electrode alignment after rolling, thereby obtaining a cathode active material for secondary battery with enhanced output and lifetime characteristics.
