The device has a removable attachment part (1) pivotably connected to a case (2), where the attachment part includes a hinge (5) for the assembly of the attachment part to the case. A stem (4) is inserted in the hinge, where the ends of the stem are placed in pins (6) interdependent of the case. The pins are arranged in housings (32) of the case along an axis perpendicular to a plane of the case. The pins include shoulders defining a bearing surface co-operating with screws (7) of the case.
