Disclosed is a hematoma remover, comprising an aspirator (1) and a balance irrigation device of double container type. The aspirator (1) comprises a high-pressure chamber and a low-pressure chamber. The balance irrigation device of double container type comprises a liquid inlet piping (2), a liquid outlet piping (3), a first pump (4), a second pump (5), a first container (6) and a second container (7). Among them, the first container (6) connects with the high-pressure chamber of the aspirator (1) via the liquid inlet piping (2) and the first pump (4); the second container (7) connects with the low-pressure chamber of the aspirator via the liquid outlet piping (3) and the second pump (5). The first container (6) is provided with a first metering sensor (8), and the second container (7) is provided with a second metering sensor (9). The first pump (4) and the second pump (5) are provided with a central controller (10) for controlling the running state of each pump. The first metering sensor (8) and the second metering sensor (9) connect with the central controller (10). The central controller (10) can dynamically adjust the work efficiency of the pumps (4, 5) in the present invention, which is sufficient to meet the requirements for completing the task of intracranial hematoma surgery etc., and is able to overcome the deficiencies of the high cost of operation and maintenance of the existing hematoma removers.
