PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus continuously preliminarily forming the stringer of a composite material fixed to the body of an aircraft.SOLUTION: In the continuous preforming apparatus of a composite material stringer, a dispenser device 200 sandwiching upper and lower faces of a prepreg laminated material with a carrier film and supplying the prepreg laminated material to a next process, a cross section preforming device 300 forming the prepreg laminated material sandwiched by the carrier film into a desired cross sectional shape in the course of passage, a press/puller device 400 intermittently sending the composite material downstream by applying pressing work to the prepreg laminated material, and a curing die forming device 500 preliminarily forming into a desired stringer shape on a curing die 20, are linearly disposed from upstream to downstream, and the stringer of the composite material having a three-dimensional curved face is continuously efficiently preformed. |
