PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic transfer property measuring device capable of shortening the time required for measuring an acoustic transfer property between speaker and microphone arrays.SOLUTION: The acoustic transfer property measuring device includes: a speaker array; a microphone array; a space-time frequency domain STSP signal calculation part for calculating a space-time frequency domain STSP signal that is a representation of a space-time frequency domain of an STSP signal; a space-time domain STSP signal calculation part for calculating a space-time domain STSP signal that is a representation of a space-time domain of the STSP signal, on the basis of the space-time frequency domain STSP signal and outputting the calculated signal from the speaker array; a space-time frequency domain inverse STSP signal calculation part for calculating a space-time frequency domain inverse STSP signal; a space-time domain inverse STSP signal calculation part for calculating a space-time domain inverse STSP signal on the basis of the space-time frequency domain inverse STSP signal; and a transfer property estimation value calculation part for calculating an estimation value of a space-time acoustic transfer property on the basis of an input signal that is a signal to be sound-collected by the microphone array, and the space-time domain inverse STSP signal.
