<p>The present invention relates to a system for providing presence information by means of audio data, and an apparatus and method therefor, the system for providing presence information by means of audio data according to the present invention comprising: a first terminal for generating and transmitting a configuration request message for configuring presence information and corresponding audio data; a presence service apparatus for storing the presence information and the corresponding audio data on the basis of the configuration request message, and for transmitting the presence information and the corresponding audio data to a second terminal when the information request message requesting the presence information of the first terminal is received from the second terminal; and a second terminal for transmitting a information request message, and receiving and outputting the presence information and the corresponding audio data. The present invention allows presence information to be provided intuitively by providing the presence information of a user by means of audio data, and the user can experience a new user experience (UX) in which the presence information is perceived by means of audio instead of the existing simple text message. Accordingly, the present invention has the benefit of allowing applications providing services using presence information to be more widely used.</p> |
