PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar battery high in power generation efficiency, and to obtain an electrode fine in width, large in film thickness, and high in accuracy.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a solar battery includes a step of forming a photoelectric conversion part having a pn junction on a substrate, and a screen printing step of applying paste including a conductive material which is an electrode material on an electrode forming surface of the substrate via a printing mask corresponding to the shape of an electrode. The screen printing step includes a step of applying the paste using the printing mask 2 loading a screen mesh (a stainless mesh) 9 which is netted using threads different in wire diameter as a warp thread 11 and a weft thread 12. |
