摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for communication of charge control information between a charging stand and a vehicle, with regard to communication for non-contact charging having a function for performing power transmission in non-contact between a charging stand and a vehicle.SOLUTION: An envelope detection section 701 and a threshold determination section 702 extract periods corresponding to first and second periods which correspond to first and second amplitudes of a pilot signal, respectively, while detecting an envelope detection signal from the pilot signal. A zero-cross detection section 703 detects the timing of zero-cross when the voltage value of the pilot signal crosses zero, and outputs a zero-cross pulse train signal corresponding to that timing. A duty ratio determination section 705 determines a duty ratio from the ratio of the number of zero-crosses counted in a zero-cross number count section 704 for each of the first and second periods. A current determination section 706 determines, for example, an allowable charging current value corresponding to a duty ratio determined by the duty ratio determination section 705.
