PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preferentially perform registration processing of image data being likely to be accessed.SOLUTION: An image management server of the present invention includes: a storage part for storing image data to be distributed to user terminals via a network and keywords for determination; a registration part for performing registration processing of the image data into the storage part; and a control part for, when image data and registration processing request of the image data are received, extracting a keyword related to the image data registration of which is requested, and when the extracted keyword is not stored as a keyword for determination, in the storage part, making the registration part suspend the registration processing of the image data. |
