The present invention provides equipment for determining the level of ripeness in fruits and vegetables. This equipment consists in a rotating plate, four motoreducers, a chamber, vertical and horizontal transmission axes, an operator panel, a data card and a computer system enabled with software for analyzing images. The aforementioned elements are useful for analyzing the images for determining comparatively the level of ripeness. |
